- We are in a rural village 10-12 miles from Chester, Nantwich, Whitchurch and Wrexham
- The cottages are on a hill and the driveway is sloping
- There are 2 cottages, each with one bedroom upstairs
- As these are 1800’s cottages space is adequate for ambulant guests, it would be tight if guests were wheelchair users

- All 4 towns listed above have railway stations and there are accessible taxis in each town
- We are not on a bus route
- There is private, lit, gravel parking opposite each front door
- Guests are welcomed and shown round the properties
- There is a curved step to the front doors (15 to 25 cms. 6 to 10 inches)
- One room downstairs (tiles). One room upstairs (wood)
- Level access into each bathroom (upstairs)
- Granary Cottage has a shower over a bath
- Baker’s Cottage has a walk in shower with an 11 cm (4 inch) lip
- Entrance doors are 81cms (32 inches) wide
- Stairs are wooden and 80cms (32 inches) wide
- Super kingsize or twin beds in both cottages
- Garden area reasonably level. Outdoor seating available
- Superfast broadband is included in booking price
- Mobile reception is poor. Guests may use house phone if needed
- Future plans to increase accessibility are limited due to the nature of the terrain and character of the building
