From our roving reporter who attended the point-to-point races at the nearby
Bangor-on-Dee race course, and managed to come home without losing his
shirt. A dull day weather-wise brightened by the jockeys silks. Some
nail-biting finishes made for a good day out and only half an hour from the Sandstone Trail Cottages.
