Old Pale Heights, Cheshire

Our walks manager has been out and about on the Sandstone Trail near Old
Pale heights with their panoramic views over Cheshire into the neighbouring
counties.

His walk took in Eddisbury Hill fort one of several along the
Sandstone Trail, the nearest of which Maiden Castle lies just above the
Sandstone Trail Cottages.  Come and enjoy a bit of pre-history with a stay
in one of our lovely cottages.
